T-Minus 115 Minutes

Until gametime. 5-0 vs. 5-0; PV vs. RD; Whiteout vs. Blackout. Man, I really hope this game isn't cancelled.
They've been hanging signs up in the school all day - we saw the girls from the dance team struggling to reach the overhanging wall that juts down over the door to the field. "Let's Go Boys!" it said in green and white paint that shouted down the rest of the hallway. "Make Your Tribe Proud!"
Of course, we got kicked out of the gym for them to practice some plays and whatnot (including the chaotic scene of two football boys throwing the ball over a bunch of freshmen that were still passing) but that was all "settled" when the coaches came in. And unfortunately, we got the short end of the stick. Oh, whatever. It's for a good cause.
A bunch of kids were supposed to be tailgating in the parking lot starting at four, but the rain just keeps getting worse. I'm drenched from walking five minutes in the parking lot, and, that was thunder I just heard; does that stop a group of teenagers? Nah, 'course it doesn't.
This game better stay on for six, or at least get postponed to later tonight, because I had to beg my parents to miss my cousin's wedding rehearsal dinner for this game. Come on, Mother Nature, don't fail me now.

P.S. Let's go Indians! :)
