I decided on a quote for today's title from Neal Shusterman's Unwind. It has nothing to do with my post, but it's a really great quote. And a great book, at that. Highly recommend it.
I don't know what else to say besides the fact that junior year may be a bit better than I expected. Because I took the FoxyProxy off my school laptop I don't have Tumblr/Facebook/Youtube to distract me, so maybe that's a good sign that this year I'll be more focused and attentive to my work. Huzzah!
Oh but the bad news is that I just back from a four-hour volleyball scrimmage. Yeah, we pretty much resorted to playing in the hallways and getting yelled at by the drenched & cranky football/soccer boys. Not so huzzah.
I think AP English is going to go (hopefully) better than I expected. My teacher seems really nice and down to earth, if that's even a plus for teachers. Well, I'll say it is just to boost my confidence for this year and perhaps I'll just hope for the best. If every day is going to be this tiring, though, I don't know how I'll make it until June.
